General Questions

Wellbeings® is a medical clinic in Burlington, Ontario, specializing in the treatment of pain, addiction, and mental health concerns. We offer a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach, combining evidence-based treatments like medication, therapy, and counseling to support recovery.

Addiction treatments and repetitive dTMS treatments do not require a referral. However, for pain assessments, a referral from a family physician or specialist is required.

We offer a wide range of services, including treatment for pain management, addiction (including opioid and alcohol use disorder), mental health concerns, gambling,  Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) and counseling.

Most medical services related to pain management and addiction treatments are covered by OHIP. However, some alternative treatments require self-pay or third-party insurance.

Pain Management FAQs

We treat acute and chronic pain including back pain, neck pain, knee pain, migraine, pelvic pain, and other unique and complex types of pain.

We offer both traditional and alternative treatments, including Intramuscular Infiltration (IMI) injections, CBD therapy, and counseling. Our medical team will work with you to determine the best approach.

Yes, we treat a range of Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and addictions, including opioid addiction, alcohol use disorder, gambling addictions, and other drug addictions.

For opioid use disorder (OUD), we prescribe medications like Methadone, Suboxone, and Sublocade. For alcohol use disorder (AUD), we use medications such as Acamprosate and Naltrexone as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Appointment and Referrals FAQs

Yes, all treatments are by appointment, unless it is during RAAM hours. You can use the Appointment Form for fast service, or call us at 905-631-9355.  We also offer RAAM clinic hours for immediate support.

If you are a doctor referring a patient, you can download the referral form from our website and fax it to 905-631-1400. If you are a patient looking to self-refer for addiction treatment, you can call us directly.

Insurance and Payment FAQs

Many of our treatments are covered by OHIP. For other treatment options coverage may depend on your insurance or HR benefits. We can assist with pre-approvals from your insurer.
